The MANtheGAP name was derived from the Bible verse found in Ezekiel 22:30. In this scripture the Lord was looking for someone to stand in front of Him in the gaps in the walls to defend the land and stand up for truth. While the vision of MANtheGAP is to connect men, the interesting thing is that this connection is often missing in the lives of men in our culture today. When men simply connect with each other, the results can be very beneficial and there is often a change in men, a quiet strength, a sense of belonging and a new boldness to lead.

Designed to be a connecting point, MANtheGAP’s vision is to bring men together in different social settings – where men can be part of a community of men within the context of our Christian faith.
We currently host steak nights at local restaurants and golf nights at various golf courses around the city. We finish the year with our annual best ball golf tournament with prizes for all and a team champion trophy!
Events also include city-wide events such as car shows, fishing shows, and golf shows. We also have a host of churches and parachurch organizations that offer seminars and conferences.
Each of our MANtheGAP hosted nights has one of the men share a short talk on a topic that is relevant to men today. MANtheGAP is not a Bible study, accountability group or a prayer group … it is simply a group of men getting together for some quality time, and sharing our stories as we journey together.
